Amitab Bachchan gave an epic reply to twitter owner Elon Musk, on getting back his Twitter verified bluetick badge.
Twitter’s bluetick policy became a headache for many superstars and celebrities around the world, and Big-B is not an exception. Last week Elon Musk gave a mini heart attack to many celebrities around the world, just by disabling their Twitter verified bluetick badge without giving any notice.
Other than Big-B himself these celebrities include Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Virat Kohli, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone and many more.
But why Elon Musk is doing all of this?
The simple answer is Money. Elon Musk has made a mission to make twitter a profitable company, for which he has started charging $8 per month for verified twitter badge.
But people who had this verified badge before musk’s twitter takeover were exempted from this scheme, which means they can keep their verified bluetick badge even without paying a single dollar. But twitter wanted to change this scheme too which led to this chaos.
In this chaos Elon Musk made a new policy, where if a twitter account has a minimum 1 million followers, then the verified bluetick badge will be restored on that particular account without any charge.
Even after this change in musk’s policy, Amitab Bachchan gave an epic reply to Elon Musk.
He writes his tweet in hindi by mentioning the lyrics of famous song sung by late Lata Mangeshkar named “Maare Gaye Gulfaam”
Aye, Twitter maasi, chahi, behan, tai, bua…Whatever is your name…You made us pay the fee and removed the blue ticket permanently. Now, you are saying that people with more than one million followers will get it for free. I have 48.4 million followers, what should I do now? Khel Khatam, Paisa Hazam?
And ends his tweet by writing “Khel Khatam, paisa hajam?” which means “Story Ends and Money Disappears.”
Even having 48.4 million followers on twitter Big-B was struggling to restore his verified bluetick badge so, he decided to pay Elon Musk the monthly verification charges.
And after this he writes a tweet mentioning Elon Musk as “Twitter Bhaiya”, which means Twitter Brother. He writes that:
Twitter Bhaiya! Are you listening? Now I have paid the money too, so, put that blue lotus in front of my name, so that people will know that it is me, Amitab Bachan. I am folding my hands. Now should I fold my knees too?
After listening to this epic reply, Elon Musk was forced to restore Big-B’s twitter verified bluetick badge and to which Amitab Bachchan again writes a tweet but know he is thanking Elon Musk by writing:
Musk brother! I thank you very much, you added Neel Kamal (Lotus) in front of my name, now what should I say brother! I am feeling like singing a song, Will you listen to it, Tu cheez badi hai musk musk, Tu cheez bari hai, musk!
He literally changed the famous song lyrics to impress musk, He surely knows how influence people.
